Stir x Next Step Clay: Cooking with A Comal
Join us as we partner with Next Step Clay, a local pottery studio as we cook tortillas with a traditional earthenware comal. Guests will make their own comal and copita (mezcal tasting glass) during a class with Next Step Clay on September 27th. Sign ups can be found here.
On October 11th, guests will then rejoin at Stir Cooking School to use their traditional cookware to create a Oaxacan feast.

Each dish is selected from a cookbook that would otherwise end up in the landfill if it was not for BookGive's presence. Patrons will receive a hand selected cookbook from BookGive's library.
