Join us as we partner with local wine distributor, Anvil Wine Company for a four course wine pairing that explores wines from the Loire Valley and how they can be paired with food from around the world.
Guests will learn how to prepare four dishes (menu below) from Stir Cooking School's Chefs. In between sommelier and Anvil Wine partner, Francesca Kersenbrock, will present a pairing focusing on tasting notes, history, and wine making methodology. Additional beverages will be available at the bar.

Goat cheese wrapped grapes with pistachio truffle salt
Herbed lemon ricotta stuffed fried squash blossoms
Grilled lamb chops with rojo chimichurri
Citrus Crab salad lettuce wraps
