For coffee professionals, a coffee cupping is a standardized method evaluating coffee, specifically focusing on aroma and flavor to assess overall quality of the coffee and/or of the roast itself. Cuppings can be for general quality control, or they can drive business decisions if roasters will take on a new bean. For this collaboration between Stir and Huckleberry Roasters, the coffee cupping will be a palette exploration using coffee, fruits, and nuts for the attendees to find out where certain flavors hit their palette.
