Join us as we partner with local wine distributor, Anvil Wine Company for a five course wine pairing that explores both new and classic wines and how they can be paired with food from around the world.
Guests will learn how to prepare four dishes (menu below) and enjoy a premade dessert. In between each Stir Chef led cooking lesson, sommelier and Anvil Wine partner, Francesca Kersenbrock, will present a pairing focusing on tasting notes, history, and wine making methodology. Additional beverages will be available at the bar.

Citrus crab tostada
