Join us as we partner with Next Step Clay, a local pottery studio as we cook tortillas with a traditional earthenware comal. Guests will make their own comal and copita (mezcal tasting glass) during a class with Next Step Clay on September 27th.
On October 11th, guests will then rejoin at Stir Cooking School to use their traditional cookware to create a Oaxacan feast.
