Join us as we partner with local brewery, Prost Brewing Company, for a four course meal and beer pairing that explores traditional German beer as we kick off the Great American Beer Festival.

Guests will learn how to prepare four dishes (menu below) from Stir Cooking School's Chefs. In between experts from Prost Brewing Co. will present a pairing focusing on tasting notes, history, and beer making methodology. Additional beverages will be available at the bar.
