  • Drea Aiello

Assistant Manager & Lead Chef Instructor at Stir Cooking Schoool

Drea has one true love - food! She was raised in a culinary family here in Colorado and at a young age was cooking for her parent’s catering company. Drea attended Culinary School of The Rockies in Boulder, where she graduated with honors.

Drea’s second love is traveling, with the intent of experiencing and enjoying local food. She has traveled the country on culinary excursions and spent leisurely time solo-traveling on nearly every continent. Drea has worked in restaurants up and down the front range, and her career has spanned everything from running the show at a popular brunch place to working in a funky family-owned restaurant with prix fixe dinners.

Combining her culinary knowledge with her love of improv, Drea’a passion for cooking really shines when teaching others.

  • Kate Delciampo

Lead Chef Instructor & Kitchen Manager at Stir Events

Kate has always been fascinated with cooking ever since 6 years old when she would mash up ice cream and cake into a soup like consistency and call it her “secret recipe”. Luckily she has evolved from “Ice Cream Soup”, and has since graduated from The Institute of Culinary Education in New York City with a degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management. After working in restaurants and being sick of the crazy hours, Kate eventually found her true passion as a Chef Instructor at a culinary school in Brooklyn. When the school closed due to the pandemic, her and her partner decided to pack up their furbabies and move across the country to Denver. Kate’s teaching style is as energetic as she is. If you want to geek about food, she is the person to do it with! When not in the kitchen, you can find Kate playing with her dog Buffy the Vampire Slayer, long boarding around the city, or just on the couch binge watching the Great British Bake Off!

  • Tamra Tompkins

    Chef Instructor

Tamra moved to Chicago at 18 to attend DePaul University, then started baking while in college, continuing through her graduate studies in Journalism. She worked in numerous Chicago restaurants, including The Publican and Revolution Brewing, before relocating to Denver five years ago. Upon landing in the Mile High City Tamra became the lead chef and baker at Call in the Rino neighborhood and later its sister restaurant, Beckon, helping both restaurants land spots on Bon Appetit's Best New Restaurants list.

Tamra holds a certification in holistic nutrition through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates and is currently pursuing a Master Nutritional Therapist certification at the Nutritional Therapy Institute in Arvada, Colorado, hoping to help clients attain their health goals through food. When she is not cooking, Tamra enjoys hiking in the Rockies, jamming to Phish and researching the best ways to help her clients flourish nutritionally.
