Curious about fermented foods? Join us for an introductory class into this wonderful world. From pickles to miso-zuke, come learn the basics to begin your own fermentation journey.

Each student will be provided with the equipment and knowledge to start their own fermentation practice, including recipes, tips and advice, and a mason jar each of sauerkraut and pickles to ferment at home. Come get funky with us!
