The Great Guac Off is a guacamole themed party that includes amazing facts & stories about avocados, cool trivia, mini-challenges and culminates in a guacamole making competition. This party has all the key ingredients for maximum bonding: friendly competition, cutthroat collaboration, optional booze & plenty of avocados. Plus, games & activities specifically designed to improve communication, job satisfaction and employee loyalty.

Our MOST competitive event, not only promotes camaraderie & cooperation among team members but also enhances problem- solving skills, communication, & creativity in a fun and interactive way.

In this type of competition, teams work together to create a cohesive menu using a variety of ingredients while incorporating a theme.

The Stir team sets up the dining area or kitchen to have 2 teams competing at a time. Depending on the size of the group will depend on how many total teams there will be. Each team member takes turns in the relay to carry a server’s drink tray stacked with metal glasses, down & around the cooking stations. If a guest drops a cup, they have to start over. The team that has each person go through the fastest without dropping cup, wins!

Test your chop stick abilities! We have two teams competing against each other as the same time. The first team player pours out a cup of items that they have to move from one side of a piece paper to the other side, only utilizing the chop sticks. Once the first team player has moved all the items, the next team player can go. It goes down the line of team players, similar to the way flip cup works. Which ever team is the fastest wins!

Are culinary facts your team's superpower? This event style combines creating your selected menu with a trivia competition. During this event, teams will answer food & culinary trivia throughout the cooking class. The chef instructor pauses throughout the cooking class to answer a handful of questions.

Restaurant plating is the art of arranging, decorating, & presenting food in a way that improves its aesthetic appeal to the diner when served. During this added team building activity, teams work together to create a restaurant quality plate presentation. With guidance from our professional chefs, guests showcase the beautiful dishes they created during their cooking class.
