|Knife Skills (#CLS-120)|
|Description: Having good knife skills is one of the most important techniques to have in any kitchen. It allows you to not only to be more efficient but faster and safer when cooking. During this class you'll learn about different types of knives, the best storage practices and the difference between honing your knife and sharpening it. Then we'll practice SEVERAL different types of cuts and you'll learn the most efficient way to use your knife. Bandaids included! :-)
Menu: We will be making a light meal with the ingredients cut during class.
